Golden
Mist Plantations is located close to Galibeedu. A unique cottage, set
in a lush organic farm 10 kms beyond Mercara, stands as a spectator to
a million fire flies and mating tree frogs. Eight years of organic
farming has restored the land to its former natural beauty. As it was
four hundred years ago, when the giant Sampige tree at the entrance was
a mere sapling.
Facilities:
A
completely independent cottage amidst coffee, with a large verandah /
dinning area, two double beds around a fireplace and a cosy loft. The
toilet cum bathroom has a traditional boiler to heat water. The cottage
is ideal for 4 to 6 people or a honeymooning couple.
