Our Texan styled Accommodation cottages ensure that our guests are literally pampered in the lap of nature because each cottage has been aesthetically built out of natural wood and eco-friendly material. Our guests revel in their direct interface with raw wilderness. Each cottage is delicately tucked away between swaying coconut palms and a profusion of surrounding vegetation such as Vanilla, Teak, Areca, Coconut, Silver Oak, Pepper, Chickoo and Mango plantations. It is situated on a man made island being fed by fresh source of water from a nearby lake. Even hot water provided to the cottages is generated by harnessing the energy inherent in forest waste, thus conserving valuable natural resources. This energy is also harnessed for cooking purposes at the resort thus enhancing the natural flavour of our delectable ethnic cuisine.

Winter Greens will give you an unforgettable experience. The ten cottages are simple and rustic in nature. Comfortable rooms lead out to lush lawns, which will invite you to take a stroll. In tune with nature electronics such as television and radio is not provided in the rooms. Our guests can instead listen to the rustling wind and the call of the birds. Your corporate events and meets can go as planned and on schedule with the help of our friendly and caring staff. They will be right there to assist you in every way possible. For gatherings, we have a large training hall complete with white board and markers.

During the extent of your stay, the resort is your exclusive property. So whether you are conducting a jungle outbound training program or a leisure event, you can have all the privacy you need. You will not be disturbed in any way by other visitors as the resort is yours!

If you have any difficulty sourcing the right trainer, we can arrange for a professionally trained trainer who will be able to conduct the program for you. The trainer will first understand the group’s requirements and goals and then prepare the schedule accordingly.   • 100 % of the projected cost should be paid as advance at the time of booking.

  • Taxes as applicable.
  • Transport can be organized at actual.
  • Last order for food / snacks will be at 09.00 pm. As per statutory requirements. Kitchen will be closed at 11.00pm.
    Lights will be switched off at 11.00pm. Rs.1000/- will be charged per hour beyond 11.00pm.
  • Any extras utilized shall be charged at extra costs.
  • LCD extra cost @ Rs.2500/-.
  • TV & Music system is available only at Pantry premise.
  • Any additional requirement are to be discussed & decided during Conformation only.
  • Carry your own torch, Oblique emergency lamp, Anti-insect cream, Jackets, Umberella, Raincoat and Waterpoof shoes during the season.
